5th annual Rusty Pistons Show, Marshville, NC 2006

April 30,2006 our club gives away the 2006 Angel Tractor.  This year it was a 1955 Ford 660.  This tractor was donated to the Club by the family of Ed James.  Ed is a member of the Power of the Past Club.

Chet Bollenbecker is the Master of Ceremony for the drawing.  The Power of the Past Antique Tractor Club, Huntersville, NC has raised over $110,000 for the Holy Angels of Belmont home for handicapped children in the 9 years they have been sponsoring the event.

Chet gets some help drawing the ticket from a young lady in the audience. And the Winner is:

Jimmy Kelly of Charlotte, NC.  Jimmy is 13 years old and bought the winning ticket with his own money just to help the kids. Jimmy did take the Ford 660 tractor.  Club President, Dick Lorey on the left looks on and Master Mechanic, Chet Bollenbecker on the right, hold the winning ticket as the show MC makes the phone call to Jimmy to tell him -"You just won a tractor!"

A nice JD 320 takes a lap in the Parade of Power.  A 40T on display.

And no show would be complete without Grubworm.  This is my 1954 40C on display with the Power of the Past tractors.

JD 435 with spin out rear wheels. A rare JD 60 Orchard.  This is a nice tractor.

JD MC looking like it did when the dealer delivered it in 1951. A John Deere M with mounted two bottom plow.
